4done builds automation and websites for professional service firms. We work remotely with clients across the United States.
Our creed
Your confidentiality is not for sale. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data to anyone, for any amount of money. We put this in writing in every project agreement. The only exception is a legal obligation we cannot refuse, and where the law allows, we will tell you before we act on it.
What we do
We find the repetitive work in a practice, such as retyping, chasing, copying and reminding, and replace it with a process that runs by itself. We also build websites that explain what a firm does and make contact easy.
We build with tools that already exist and that your team can keep using. We do not sell a platform and we do not lock anyone in.
How we work
- Fixed price. You approve a written quote before we start.
- Your accounts. We build inside software you own, so you keep everything.
- Review by people. Anything that reaches a client or a filing is approved by someone at your firm.
- Least access. We ask only for what the project needs and remove it when we finish.
- Plain documentation. You get a written explanation of what was built and how to run it.
What we will not do
- Give legal, tax or accounting advice.
- Invent reviews, testimonials or client logos for a website.
- Promise a position on Google.
- Handle client funds or file documents on a firm’s behalf without review.
