Pricing questions
Why not publish exact prices?
Scope varies a lot: one workflow between two tools is a different job from a system touching five. After a free call you get a written fixed price, so you never pay for guesses.
Are there ongoing costs besides your fee?
Some tools charge a monthly subscription (for example an automation platform or a form tool). We name these in the quote and use your accounts so you control them.
What if the scope changes?
We write the scope down. If you want something added, we quote that addition separately before doing it.
What if I am not happy?
You review each stage before it goes live. If something does not do what the scope says, we fix it at no extra charge.
