Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains what information 4done (“we”) collects through 4done.com and how we use it.

Our commitment

We do not sell personal information or client data, and we do not share it for advertising. This applies to what you send through this site and to the data we handle in client projects.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organization, type of business and your message. We use them only to reply to you, to prepare for a call and to send a quote.

Please do not put confidential client information, personal data of third parties or sensitive identifiers in the form.

Information collected automatically

Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this page.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you (for example hosting and email), and when the law requires it. If a legal demand reaches us and the law allows, we will tell you before we respond.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Client projects

When we work for a client, we use the access the client gives us only for that project, keep sensitive data inside the client’s own systems where possible, and remove our access when the project ends. These terms are set in the written agreement for each project.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us through the contact form to make a request.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

This policy is a general statement of how the site works today. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it as a legal document.
