How we protect your data

We do not sell data

We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing. We put this commitment in writing in every project agreement.

We work in your accounts, with the least access needed

• We build inside software accounts that you own, so you keep control of everything.
• We ask only for the access a project needs, nothing more.
• We remove our access when the project ends.
• Sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers stay inside your own systems. We design processes so they do not need to be copied into new tools.

We test with sample data

Wherever possible we build and test with made-up or redacted examples. If we need real documents to build a template, we agree in advance on what is shared and how.

People review what goes out

Automation prepares drafts, records and reminders. A person at your firm approves anything that reaches a client or is filed. This keeps professional responsibility where it belongs.

AI is optional and agreed in writing

You can choose a project with no AI. If AI could help, for example drafting from your own template, we agree with you in writing before any client data is sent to an AI service, and we choose settings that fit your obligations.

We keep little, and delete it

We keep project data only as long as the project needs it, and we delete it at the end or when you ask. Messages sent through this website are used only to reply to you. See our privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

If we learn that data we handle for you may have been exposed, we tell you promptly and help you meet your own obligations.

What we are not

• We are a small studio. We do not currently hold security certifications such as SOC 2. If your firm requires one, tell us on the first call.
• We are not a law firm or an accounting firm and we do not give legal, tax or accounting advice.
• Your firm remains responsible for its professional duties, including confidentiality and supervision. We help design processes that make those duties easier to meet.
